Herald Fund Services Limited (HFSL) was established in 2008 as a member of the Herald Group to meet the corporate and fund administration needs of Herald clients and its extensive intermediary network.
Investment managers who contemplate the creation of a Fund as a commercial venture are often apprehensive over the perceived difficulty and costs associated with the establishment of a tailored Fund solution, particularly in an ever-changing regulatory environment.
HFSL is able to offer clients a one-stop service; from conceptualisation to implementation. We will facilitate the entire Fund creation process, thus relieving clients of the burden of seeking legal and tax advice, engaging with lawyers to create the legal documents, appointing fund functionaries and creating the supporting material contracts.
