Robert Roynon-Jones

Managing Director
Robert is a graduate of Edinburgh University and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants having worked for Deloitte & Touche and KPMG. Robert has worked in the trust and company administration industry since 1989. He has been a director and shareholder of Herald since 1992.
Robert specialises in offshore structures dealing with property holding and property investment. He is experienced in UK tax matters and also has an Investment Advisory Certificate.

Robert Sharp

Finance Director
Robert is a graduate of Oxford University and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants having qualified with Deloitte & Touche in London. He has considerable experience as a forensic accountant in litigation support roles and was Deloitte & Touche’s offshore fund expert. He has been engaged at director level in the trust and company administration business since 1995.
As well as being Finance Director he is also managing director of Herald Sports & Entertainment. Robert has an investment advisory certificate and is involved in the appointment and monitoring of investment managers. Robert has been a director and shareholder of Herald since 1998.

Ben Bryant

Business Development Director
Ben joined the Herald Board in 2006 and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants having worked for Price Waterhouse and KPMG. Ben has worked in Jersey for over 18 years and has over 14 years experience in the trust and company administration industry. Ben specialises in offshore structures dealing with property holding and property investment.

Nick Marshall

Director of Legal Affairs & Compliance
Nick is an English solicitor who before coming to Jersey in 2004 worked in several of Manchester’s premier law firms, dealing with a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, MBOs and MBIs, corporate restructurings and flotations, as well as a variety of media and sports law matters. He also helped found and was a senior executive of a sports marketing company.
Nick provides advice and assistance on a broad range of company, commercial and trust matters and works closely with Robert Sharp in connection with the activities of Herald Sports & Entertainment.

Michael Capraro
B.A. Hons, M.B.A. ICMQ. Managing Director - Herald Fund Services Limited
Michael is a graduate of the University of Johannesburg and the Stellenbosch Business School in South Africa. His career in financial services started in 1985 at Old Mutual, one of South Africa’s foremost Life Assurance and Asset Management companies, now a FTSE listed Plc.
He relocated to Jersey in 2000 to join a wealth management and fiduciary services group where he was head of the fund services business and a director of group subsidiaries. He joined Herald in 2008 to establish the fund services business.
Michael has a wide range of financial services experience and has acted as a director on a variety of structures.

Sean Le Scelleur

Associate Director
Sean has worked in the financial services industry in Jersey since 1997 and has held various positions with local and international institutions during this period. He specialises in complex private client and family office business together with assisting high net worth individuals with the establishment of offshore Trust and Company structures.
His role within the Herald Group is in business development.
Sean has extensive knowledge and experience of Trust matters as well as Residential and Commercial property transactions. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and holds an Insurance Practitioners Certificate.

Bruce Ferguson

Director
Bruce has worked in the Jersey finance industry since 1981 and has held senior positions with local trust company businesses for over 10 years. He specialises in private client business, assisting high net worth individuals and their families with the establishment and administration of their offshore trust structures.
Bruce has experience with residential and commercial property, fine art, intellectual property and investments. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and holds the Investment Advice Certificate.
