The costs of formation and management of both trusts and companies can vary with location.
Herald nominally charges a fixed minimum annual fee which is agreed at the outset with all clients. The fixed fee provides for a minimum level service including the provision of nominee shareholders, directors and company secretary. It also includes maintenance of statutory records.
Additional services provided will normally be charged on a time-cost basis but fixed annual fees are frequently arranged by negotiation, based upon the volume and extent of services required. Full details of fees are available on request.
Herald itself does not give legal advice or tax advice.
In the appropriate cases it will introduce other legal or taxation firms to advise the client on each proposal.
