If you would like Herald to form and administer a company, trust or other entity you should firstly telephone a Herald director to discuss your requirements. You may e-mail or write if you prefer. You will need to complete a Client Service Agreement which forms the contract between the owner(s) of the company or the settlor of the trust and Herald. It is a requirement that that you supply documents confirming your identity and address. You will therefore need to supply a passport copy certified by a professional person such as a lawyer or accountant and two utility bills addressed to you at your residential address. Herald will also request references from the referees names in the Client Service Agreement. You must also supply the rationale for establishing the company or trust structure which can if necessary be substantiated by professional tax advice.
